SHIPPING POLICY

For optimal tracking follow-up, shipment is provided exclusively by Colissimo (provided by La Poste, French shipping company).

Average delivery time :

Metropolitan France : 2 to 5 business days
French overseas territories : 5 to 7 business days
Europe : 5 to 10 business days

For delivery of orders elsewhere in the world, please send an email to contact@irise-paris.fr. We will always try and make it work for you.

Please note for all personalized products (engraved MOOD BOX and/or lipstick), the average delivery time will be 8-11 days for France, 11-13 days for French overseas territories and 11-16 days for Europe on your entire order.

IRISÉ PARIS knows that it is not easy to choose a foundation on the internet.

Should you make a mistake, items may be exchanged, IRISÉ PARIS will pay delivery costs.

To exchange items, please send an e mail to contact@irise-paris.fr and we will guide you through the process.

This product exchange option is limited to to one exchange per individual customer. Items must be returned within 14 days following date of purchase on irise-paris.fr.

Concerning our Return Policy, items may be returned within 14 days following date of purchase as required by law. (See TERMS AND CONDITIONS).
